What are the shipping charges?

We offer free domestic shipping on every item purchased through our website.

When will my order arrive?

Carpet Orders:

• Carpet Orders are usually dispatched within 12-15 working days from the date of order.
• Carpet orders are delivered within 20-22 working days from the date of shipping.
  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Dispatch Time: Throws orders are typically dispatched within 12–15 working days from the order date.
• Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 20–22 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on the duration of customs processing.
• Import Duties: Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the relevant customs authorities.
• Quality Assurance: All Throws undergo a thorough inspection before shipment. We recommend checking your order upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any concerns.
• To process global transactions, choose Paypal as the payment gateway

Carpets, Cushions, Throws and Furniture’s are thoroughly inspected, before dispatch.

Our proactive customer care team will reach out to you should there be any delays in the delivery process.

Custom orders: For a custom rugs, the delivery depends on the production timeline. The greater the intricacy of the rug, the longer the delivery timeline. For ease of calculating the same, we estimate that it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation notifications via: 

1. Email 
2. WhatsApp Message
3. A WhatsApp Message and Email is also sent once your order is shipped which contains the Tracking ID

Are there any additional fees?

For all Indian orders, the price paid at checkout is final with all tax included, Express shipping shall be chargeable on actuals.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes applicable that depend on the customs laws of respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
